Tasmanian Devil
Outed by PinkKryptonite.com! I had no idea this character was gay. Tasmanian Devil, shown here beating up Green Lantern, is Hugh Dawkins. Hugh was born a metahuman with the ability to turn into a supernaturally large and intelligent Tasmanian Devil, in a fashion similar to a werewolf. Hugh is indeed from Tasmania, and he originally worked there as a solo hero until he joined the Global Guardians.
