What Remender has created here is a post-cataclysmic world where evil stands tall in the aftermath of an event called the Days of Annihilation, and now supervillains each have their own little slice of planet to call their own and squabble and scrap to keep from the hands of other supervillains. Regular Joes and Janes without powers are an afterthought, a new species of cockroach, existing as cannon fodder or target practice for the bad guys, scuttling about as Cormac McCarthy could envision, just to find food and survive one more day on Prison Earth.

I signed up for this at my local Third Planet Comics & Games store. This book is looking pretty good.
