When we bought our house the previous owners left a note that said there were turtles
hibernating in an area behind our guest house. I thought what the ef'? I am going to
release those turtle into the wild when they come out the ground. When they finally did, I looked up info and realized that the turtles were safer living in the large contained are they were used too. Both have orange & black heads with yellow spotted flippers. The kids that lived here previously had their dad build a large, safe contained area with small pond. After an episodes of "I Love Lucy" when they move to the country and Fred & Ethel move into the guest house, I have named the turtles Fred & Ethel. I guess they are my responsibility now.
