City-state headquarters of Kang, The Conqueror of Time. Each are exists in it's own time era. Since each block exists in its own time-period it is limitless and there is
a door to the other time zones hidden within each area. The primitive areas are in the outskirts and the most advanced in the center which is Kang's citadel.
I bought this used because the cover caught my attention featuring the Anachronauts versus The Avengers on this 1992
