History:
The evil organization N.O.W.H.E.R.E. is focused on creating and manipulating young people who display superhuman abilities. This is evident in their lab experiments, such as the one used to create Superboy and, most brutally, in the work done in their name by Harvest. Hidden in the secret base known as the Colony, Harvest ruthlessly presides over droves of superpowered teens, forcing them to fight and kill in order to prove their worth. This genetic survival of the fittest reaches its conclusion in an event known as The Culling, where the winners are the only survivors. Those winners become the Ravagers, Harvest’s special elite force against an unknown threat. The most recent Culling was upended by the combined might of the Teen Titans and the Legion Lost. During the chaos, a group of prisoners escaped and banded together, going on the run.

Now these kids are desperate to maintain their freedom, but ill equipped to blend into civilization when all they’ve ever known in life is misery and combat. Can they survive, even under the guidance of Caitlin Fairchild and Niles Caulder? Can they save others like them? Or are they destined to be the Ravagers that Harvest intended them to be all along?
